Pretty much. There have been several little storylines that were totally dropped, and it's sad, but I guess I can see why. They didn't really fit the overall bigger narrative. They could have had someone else been in charge, but alas, it's not what we were given. Sadly. :(

untapdtreasure That is where Carol began pulling away from the family, never to truly return. Now with only Daryl and Michonne around, it doesn't matter. But it is a HUGE drop in storyline. The etch-a-sketch approach to writing via TWD.

I honestly feel as though she has talked about them. It just hasn't been shown. Too much time has past now for it to effect the storyline. At least, that's my opinion on the matter.

MarieCat, I think I can speak for just about every fanfic author in the world when I tell you that not only do they not mind, but they probably love you for it. You can also pat yourself on the back because that kind of thing, often, is what keeps authors writing. We love you for it!
