I know this is super long for a one-shot but I don't have another multi-chapter in me right now so I present to you a 9k one-shot. This was prompted by the dear, sweet Col who I adore but I'm ngl this was an actual nightmare to write and it drained the life out of me. The reason I hated it is because I couldn't get my head into why Daryl would join the Reapers. It didn't and still doesn't make sense to me (even with the episode synopses suggesting that is what does happen) IDK maybe I don't understand Daryl like I thought....anyway, I digress...Col prompted this fic, it now exists, I hope you like it if you decide to read.
