OKAY!!  We were playing a Walking Dead trivia game, and the question came up (not in the game, but in brief discussion) What would have happened if Merle DIDN'T cut his hand off...

So, a fanfiction was born

It isn't super long (8 chapters, of which I am finishing CH 7...) it goes from the quarry to the farm.

Yes...I am back, finishing this up...I have 1-2 chapters left to write, they are longish, and lots happens...

I have one chapter ready (Ch 13) and 14 is almost done...there will likely be a 15 - epilogue, as I do love to tidy things up.  

I am so happy so many fanfics are being written despite any news we have had.  I love all of you!!  I am behind on reading, and will catch up quickly!!  I promise.
